Hot water
Each studio is equipped with a dual-energy solar water heater to ensure hot water even without sunshine.
Water QualityCrete in general and Heraklion in particular are facing a serious water supply problem. The water supply is not continuous and daily and for this reason everyone uses tanks. Its quality is low, it is not drinkable and its content in sediments and salts is particularly high. For these reasons, a state-of-the-art 3-stage water filtration system (made in USA) has been centrally installed which purifies and desalinates the water, providing water that makes showering a pleasure.

Internet
A state of the art network, both wired and WiFi, which is based on two providers::

• Starlink satellite with ultra-high speeds exceeding 200Mbps
• Cosmote: which is both terrestrial and 5G, to ensure continuous and uninterrupted access to the internet
